BIG BEAR COOLERS  – 2 Year Commercial Warranty

All coolers may occasionally come with minor scuffs, scratches, indentations and imperfections which are hardly noticeable but are normal when dealing with Polyethylene plastic. Some of the skids at the bottom of the coolers may also have some faint marks as they have been stored on concrete floors during the manufacturing process. These cosmetic issues as well as any other cosmetic issue as well as non-manufacturers defects will not be included as part of the warranty.

Rest assured these are fantastic brand new coolers made with the finest of materials and workmanship. This is a back to base warranty which requires the ice box to be sent back to our base at the customers expense. Big Bear Coolers will either repair, exchange or refund goods that are deemed to be a manufacturers defect. Goods that are damaged in transit are not covered by the warranty.

This warranty does not include any misuse that may occur.
